Foods for the Brain

brain foodI read this great article over at Brain MD Life. It lists 11 foods that help keep your mind fit. And, since I experience at least 8 of the 11 factors on the list, I thought I’d share it.

Interesting, the first on the list is blood flow and pistachios happen to raise arginine (a chemical) in the body. I eat pistachios almost every day. I love them!

The second on the list is aging. As we age, our brains become less active. One simple way to help reverse this is by taking cloves. It’s the planet’s most powerful antioxidant.
